OCTOBER 28, 2023 - TRUNK OR TREAT

Join us as we wrap up our racing season and celebrate Halloween for the second year in a row! This is sure to be a great event for all ages filled to the brim with racing, games, awards, and CANDY!

Trunk Hosts -  those who wish to decorate their trunk, dress up, support the community, compete for prizes, and hand out candy! Only one ticket needed per trunk. Limit of 5 people per trunk - please try to show up together or at the same time if possible!

Trick or Treaters  those who are going to be trick or treating, as well as their guests. Only one ticket needed per car. Must have enough seatbelts per person in the car.

- Trunk set up is 10/28 from 12-1pm

- Any Trunk Host arriving after 1:15pm may not be able to participate due to large volumes of people walking

- For the safety of all attendees, Trunk Hosts will not be permitted to leave the lot until NED staff determines it is safe to move

- Decorations / costumes must remain PG13 at most (anyone with an innappropriate costume, theme, trunk, etc. will be asked to leave with no refund)

- Candy must remain in original packaging. No homemade goods please!

- Pop up tents ARE  allowed

- There is no electricity or water hookups

- Businesses / organizations may pass out promotional materials & include signage in / around their trunk

- Trunk Hosts may set up simple games to go along with their trunks if they so wish

- Trunk Hosts must clean up at the end of the event and remove all of their equipment / supplies / trash by 5pm on 10/28 - there will be trash barrels on site

 

Prizes will be given out by New England Dragway officials for the following categories: Truly Terrifying Trunk, Fall Favorite Trunk, and Most Spooktacular Trunk.
